How to clear your cache and cookies

Clearing your cache and cookies is one of the quickest ways to fix loading issues, game errors, or account problems on GOLDPUMP. Cached files and cookies sometimes become outdated or corrupted, which can prevent the site from working correctly.

Chrome (Desktop & Mobile)

  1. Open Chrome and go to the menu (three dots).

  2. Select Settings > Privacy and security > Clear browsing data.

  3. Choose Cached images and files and Cookies and other site data.

  4. Select All time for best results.

  5. Click Clear data.

Firefox

  1. Open Firefox and click the menu (three lines).

  2. Select Settings > Privacy & Security.

  3. Scroll to Cookies and Site Data and click Clear Data.

  4. Select both options and confirm.

Safari (macOS & iOS)

  • macOS:

    1. Open Safari and select Safari > Preferences > Privacy.

    2. Click Manage Website Data.

    3. Select Remove All.

  • iOS:

    1. Go to Settings > Safari.

    2. Tap Clear History and Website Data.

Microsoft Edge

  1. Open Edge and go to the menu (three dots).

  2. Select Settings > Privacy, search, and services.

  3. Under Clear browsing data, choose Choose what to clear.

  4. Select Cached images and files and Cookies and other site data.

  5. Click Clear now.

When to do this

  • If games or pages aren’t loading properly

  • If you can’t log in or stay logged in

  • After a site update, to make sure you’re seeing the newest version
