Indefinite exclusions
An indefinite exclusion lasts for a minimum of 90 days.
This type of exclusion is processed by support and remains in place until you request removal.
To remove an indefinite exclusion, you must send a request from the registered email address linked to your account.
Important details

Any balances in your account remain but cannot be accessed until the exclusion ends.
