Exclusion and self-exclusion policies

At GOLDPUMP, we offer exclusion options so you can take a break from play whenever you need to. These tools are designed to support responsible use of the platform and give you full control over your account access.

Short-term exclusions

  • Players may request a short-term exclusion for a set period (such as a few days or weeks).

  • These requests are driven entirely by the player — you choose the length and submit the request through support.

  • Once the exclusion is set, you won’t be able to log in, play, or make purchases until the chosen time period ends.

Indefinite exclusions

  • An indefinite exclusion lasts for a minimum of 90 days.

  • This type of exclusion is processed by support and remains in place until you request removal.

  • To remove an indefinite exclusion, you must send a request from the registered email address linked to your account.

Important details

  • While excluded, you cannot log in, play, or redeem prizes.

  • Any balances in your account remain but cannot be accessed until the exclusion ends.

  • Exclusions are confirmed and applied promptly by our team once requested.
