Why was my redemption delayed or declined?

Most prize redemptions on GOLDPUMP are processed instantly. However, in some cases your redemption may take longer or be declined. This is part of our standard review process to ensure fairness, security, and compliance.

Common reasons for a delay

  • Additional review required – Larger or more frequent redemptions may need extra checks.

  • Unusual account activity – Sudden changes in gameplay or transaction patterns may trigger a temporary review.

  • Technical issues – Rarely, payment providers or system maintenance may slow processing.

Common reasons for a decline

  • Not enough balance – If your Sweeps Cash balance falls below the minimum redemption amount.

  • Restricted location – Redemptions aren’t available in unsupported countries or regions.

  • Multiple accounts – Each person may only have one GOLDPUMP account. Duplicate accounts will cause redemptions to be blocked.

  • Policy violations – Attempts to misuse promotions, bonuses, or account features.
